The problem

Modern correspondent-banking rails now give real-time status and end-to-end tracking — that problem is largely solved. But tracking sits on top of the same underlying cost stack: per-hop correspondent fees, FX spread, and multi-day settlement float. Visibility into a slow, expensive transfer doesn't make it fast or cheap. Traditional cross-border settlement on a corridor like this typically runs 100–300bps all-in once fees, spread, and float risk are counted — whether or not the sender can watch it happen in real time. That's the piece we replace: not your customer relationship, not your compliance program — the settlement leg itself.

What we do

Pulse Labs Limited — tech consultancy

  • Deploys and supports a purpose-built settlement-relay layer for your corridor
  • Never takes custody of funds, never touches your sender/receiver relationship
  • No public token, no market, no yield — a narrow settlement instrument, not a new financial product you have to explain to a regulator
  • Provides an independently queryable audit/reconciliation record for every session

You — regulated operator

  • Keep the customer relationship, KYC/AML, and fiat on/off-ramp exactly as they run today
  • Keep custody — the relay operates inside wallets you hold, on your existing infrastructure
  • Own and run all sanctions/AML screening; nothing about the relay changes your compliance surface
  • Pay a fee priced against what the settlement leg costs you today, not a flat rate card

How it works

One session, four steps — seconds once funded.

1. ON-RAMP
Sender funds a session in fiat or stablecoin through your existing gateway.
2. YOUR CUSTODY
Funds land in a wallet you hold — your screening checkpoints run here.
3. SETTLEMENT RELAY
On-chain transit between two wallets you hold — seconds, not days.
4. OFF-RAMP
You pay the receiver through your existing banking relationship, as today.

Every step sits inside your own custody — the settlement asset never reaches a sender or receiver wallet in spendable form, and is never listed, pooled, or publicly tradeable. First-time KYC on your existing gateway happens once, exactly as it does today — this doesn't add a new onboarding step for your customers.

Why it's deliberately narrow

Not a new financial product to license or explain.

MarketNo public listing, no DEX pool, never sold — no price to defend or manipulate
YieldNone — no staking, no rewards contract to exploit or regulate
ValuationFixed 1:1 unit of account by definition — no oracle, no price feed
Custody pathNever leaves your held wallets — not given to sender, receiver, or any converter
Supply controlChanges require joint sign-off between both parties — never a unilateral action

Auditability

A reconstructable record, on your own terms — four checkpoints, all owned and executed by you on your own sanctions/AML lists.

PRE-INVOICE
Screen before a session opens
ON-RECEIPT
Screen again once funds land
PRE-RELEASE
Final check before payout fires
RETROSPECTIVE
Ongoing look-back across sessions
Why this beats "we already have tracking": real-time status on a wire tells you where the money is. It doesn't tell you what the settlement actually cost, or compress the correspondent-fee/FX-spread/float stack underneath it. This layer is priced against that underlying cost, not against the visibility you already have.
